What is PCC?
The next level of professional coaching
PCC is ICF's credential for coaches who have built significant coaching experience & can demonstrate a deeper application of the ICF Core Competencies & ICF Code of Ethics.
It recognizes you have completed a higher volume of coaching & achieved the ability to work with clients at a much higher level.

YOUR PCC PATHWAY
Education
Complete at least 125 hours of coaching education.
Coaches progressing from ACC, means to build on the education already completed and develop their coaching knowledge.
Experience
Complete at least 500 hours of coaching experience, including at least 450 paid hours.
At PCC level, substantial experience working with clients becomes a central part of demonstrating your development as a professional coach.
Mentor Coaching
Complete 10 hours of mentor coaching.
Mentor coaching gives you the opportunity to examine & strengthen your coaching practice against the ICF Core Competencies expected at PCC level.
Assessment/Exam
Complete the required performance evaluation & achieve a passing score on the ICF Credentialing Exam.
Together, these assess your ability to demonstrate the knowledge & coaching skills expected at PCC level.
YOUR APPLICATION ROUTE
The ICF currently provides two PCC application routes
Level 2
For coaches who have completed an entire ICF accredited Level 2 coaching education programme.
Portfolio
For coaches with at least 125 hours of coaching education from ICF or other sources.
