Qualifications may tell only part of the story.
CONEXi may also consider the Professional's relevant background and experience in relation to the services they offer within the platform.
Client Evidence and Outcomes
Where available, existing client reviews, testimonials and evidence of outcomes may also form part of the verification review.
They provide additional context beyond qualifications alone and help CONEXi build a fuller picture of the Professional applying to join.
Coach Status
Verification also applies to Coaches.
Before gaining full access to the platform, Coaches credentials are checked to confirm their ICF status.
