1. About CONEXI
CONEXI is an online marketplace helping coaches find professional development services, support and events.

In these Terms, “CONEXI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CONEXi Ltd.
These Terms govern your use of the CONEXI website, marketplace and related services.

- Event Ticket, Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cookies Policy
- Reviews & Content Policy

Where a specific policy applies to a particular service or transaction, that policy forms part of these Terms.
2. The CONEXI Marketplace
CONEXI provides technology enabling users to:
- Create accounts
- Search professional and event listings
- Use CONEXI SmartMatch
- Contact Professionals
- Submit enquiries and booking requests
- Purchase Event Tickets
- Communicate through the platform
- Leave eligible reviews
- Manage marketplace activity
Unless expressly stated otherwise, CONEXI itself does not provide the coaching, mentor coaching, supervision, training, credential support, consultancy or other services advertised by Professionals.
Event Organisers are responsible for Events they advertise and deliver unless an Event is expressly identified as organised directly by CONEXI.
3. Independent Providers
Professionals and Event Organisers using CONEXI operate independently.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, worker, partnership, franchise, joint venture or agency relationship between CONEXi Ltd and any Professional or Event Organiser.
CONEXI facilitates connections and transactions but is not responsible for directing or supervising Professional services supplied by independent providers.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a CONEXI account.
By registering, you confirm:
- The information you provide is accurate
- You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will keep your account information reasonably up to date
- You will keep your login credentials secure
- You will not impersonate another person or organisation
If you use CONEXI on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
You must notify CONEXI promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You must not:
- Create false accounts
- Create accounts for fraudulent purposes
- Transfer or sell an account
- Deliberately circumvent an account suspension
- Allow another person to impersonate you through your account
6. CONEXI SmartMatch
CONEXI SmartMatch helps users identify potentially relevant Professionals and Events.
CONEXI SmartMatch may use information including:
- Coaching goals
- Career stage
- Credential journey
- Development needs
- Coaching specialisms
- Requested type of support
- Delivery preferences
- Language
- Time Zone
- Event prerequisites
- Professional and Event listing content
- Other information supplied during the matching process
CONEXI SmartMatch produces recommendations rather than guarantees.
A CONEXI SmartMatch result, does not mean CONEXI guarantees a Professional or Event is suitable for a particular user.
Users remain responsible for deciding whether to engage a Professional or purchase an Event.
7. Search and Ranking
CONEXI may determine the order in which listings are displayed using factors including:
- Relevance to the user’s stated goal
- Compatibility with selected requirements
- Eligibility and prerequisites
- Professional or Event category
- Listing completeness
- Practical fit
- Verification information
- Availability
- Reviews and marketplace quality indicators
- Other factors reasonably designed to improve relevance
Purchasing a Professional lead does not itself increase the Professional’s SmartMatch score.
If CONEXI introduces paid promotion or sponsored placement, this will be identified appropriately.
8. Professional Verification
CONEXI may verify information supplied by Professionals, including credentials, qualifications or professional information.
A CONEXI verification indicator means, CONEXI completed the verification process applicable to the information at the relevant time.
Verification does not constitute:
- A guarantee of competence
- An endorsement
- A guarantee of future credential status
- A guarantee of a successful Professional relationship
- Acceptance of responsibility for the Professional’s services
Professionals remain responsible for keeping their information accurate.
9. Payments
Payments made through CONEXI may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Additional payment terms apply to:
- Professional lead purchases
- Prepaid lead credits
- Event ticket purchases
- Event organiser commissions
- Refunds and chargebacks
The applicable price will be displayed before a transaction is completed.
10. User Content
Users may provide content including:
- Profiles
- Listings
- Descriptions
- Images
- Reviews
- Messages
- Event information
- Professional information
Users retain ownership of the original content they create.
By submitting content for publication through CONEXI, you grant CONEXi Ltd a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute your content where reasonably necessary to operate and promote the marketplace.
You must have the necessary rights to any content you upload.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Provide deliberately false information
- Misrepresent credentials
- Commit fraud
- Create fake reviews
- Manipulate rankings
- Scrape CONEXI without authorisation
- Access another user’s account
- Distribute malware
- Misuse personal information
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Harass other users
- Engage in unlawful discrimination
- Send spam
- Use CONEXI for unlawful activity
- Deliberately circumvent legitimate CONEXI marketplace charges
12. Suspension or Termination
CONEXI may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of matters including:
- Material breach of these Terms
- Fraud or suspected fraud
- Payment default
- Misleading professional information
- Fake reviews
- Misuse of personal data
- Repeated legitimate complaints
- Platform manipulation
- Circumvention of applicable charges
- Security risks
- Unlawful activity
- Legal or regulatory obligations
Where appropriate and legally required, business users will be provided with reasons for significant restrictions or termination and access to an applicable complaints process.
CONEXI may act immediately where necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties.
13. Availability
CONEXI does not guarantee the marketplace will operate without interruption.
Access may be restricted temporarily for maintenance, security, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded.
CONEXI is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent Professionals or Event organisers merely because they use the marketplace.
CONEXI does not guarantee:
- Professional outcomes
- Credential approvals
- Examination results
- Business results
- Coaching outcomes
- Event outcomes
Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
15. Changes
CONEXI may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to:
- The marketplace
- Commercial arrangements
- Technology
- Law
- Regulation
- Security requirements
Material changes affecting business users will be communicated where required.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
