ICF Advanced Certified Team Coach Requirements

What is ACTC?

Specialist expertise in coaching teams.

ACTC is designed for experienced coaches who want to develop & demonstrate specialist capability in the complex discipline of team coaching.

It builds on your existing ICF credential & focuses on the skills needed to work effectively with teams, relationships & wider organisational systems.

 

YOUR ACTC PATHWAY

Team Coaching Education

Develop your specialist knowledge through team coaching education, aligned with the ICF Team Coaching Competencies. ICF standard education route requires at least 60 hours of team coaching education.

Team Coaching Experience

Utilize your education through real team coaching engagements. The standard ACTC routes, require at least 5 team coaching assignments within the previous five years.

Coaching Supervision

Complete at least 5 hours of coaching supervision focused on your team coaching practice. Supervision provides space to reflect on the complexity of working with teams, relationships, systems & the wider context surrounding the coaching engagement.

ACTC Exam

Achieve a passing score on the ICF Team Coaching Certification Exam. The exam assesses your understanding of the ICF Team Coaching Competencies & your ability to apply them in complex team coaching situations.
