ICF MCS Requirements
Before pursuing the MCS, you'll need an active ICF credential & specialized education aligned with ICF mentor coaching standards.
To earn the MCS, you must:
- Hold an active PCC, MCC, or renewed ACC credential.
- Complete mentor coaching education aligned with the ICF Mentor Coaching Competencies.
- Meet the required synchronous learning requirements.
- Complete the required ICF evaluation training for your specialization level(s).
