CONEXi brings together mentors and other development professionals within a platform designed specifically around the needs of ICF coaches.

Rather than asking a coach to begin with a service category, SmartMatch starts with what they are trying to achieve.

A coach might be preparing for PCC, considering their next stage of development, looking to deepen their practice or seeking support around a particular professional objective.

SmartMatch uses that context, together with relevant profile information, to help identify Professionals whose experience may be appropriate.

For mentors, this means that your profile has an important role beyond simply introducing your credentials.

CONEXi verifies both sides of the platform.

Professionals are reviewed before their profiles are approved.

Coaches are also verified before they can access the Professional area and make booking requests.

For mentors, this means that enquiries come from verified coaches who are using CONEXi specifically for their professional development.

How the commercial model works

There is no charge to create a CONEXi Professional account.

There is also no charge to create and maintain your mentor profile.

CONEXi only earns when we supply a confirmed booking from a verified ICF coach.

This keeps the commercial model closely aligned with the value the platform is intended to provide.

You can establish your Professional presence on CONEXi without an upfront fee and decide whether a confirmed coach opportunity is relevant to you when it arises.

Who CONEXi is for

CONEXi is being developed for experienced professionals who support ICF coaches across different areas of their development.
